“J” full-page illustration painted for the Mouse Guard Alphabet Book. The June Alley Inn is a character in itself. I love that in such a dangerous world, the June Alley Inn gives a sense of stability and safety to its patrons. Mice can come here to tell stories, eat good food, and forget their worries. I wanted to portray the warmth and comfort of the Inn.
